Please note that we expect our raiders to show up to each raid at least 10 minutes before the raid start time (6:00) and be prepared with enough consumables (food/flasks/reagents) to last for at least 3 hours. While we do understand that real life sometimes must come first, it is the responsibility of each raider to let an officer know when they must miss a raid by posting in the appropriate forum. We expect that all of our raiding core maximize their gear via 10 mans and heroics outside of the raid time, and be fully gemmed and enchanted as appropriate for their spec(s).
