We use a closed bidding DKP system for our non tier loot, and a fixed cost DKP system for tier pieces. Do you have any concerns about DKP? I am use to this, if im right its where people with higher experience, recent loot recieved, better raid attendance, and or the officer/member options over loot and im alright with that, sounds perfectly fair.

Why do you want to join Gnomes Do Vibrate?: Well to be honest im sick of all the nobody guilds/failures and i just want a guild i can call home, with people that are cool and can actually get their shit together once a week, because ima good raider, i dont deserve to sit inside wipefests for hours on end, i mean progression, and wipe fests are 2 entirely different things, and one of them is good while one is just sickening anyway im really hoping i get taken seriously on this app and given a chance. thanks.

I find it hard to take you seriously when you cannot even be bothered to use punctuation or capitalize your "I's". Looking over your achievements I also don't really understand where the sense of entitlement comes from - you have not cleared TOGC 10 or 25 man, none of your past achievements really scream "I did this when it was at least moderately hard", and as Chanamel said you have zero keybinds according to your UI.

On the plus side your gear is definitely at the level we'd be looking for, so maybe you're not complete fail. I'd probably tell you to piss off but one of the other officers may decide we need another raiding mage and want to talk further.

Proofread if you want to be taken seriously. Your distinct lack of capitalization, punctuation, and proper sentence structure calls into question not only your attention to detail but also your desire to raid with our particular guild.

Okay, to be honest first of all i dont see why my punctuation matters when im typing about a video game. Second i have cleared togc on one of my alts, so its not like i dont know wtf im doing... Second my explanation of DKP was what i have been explained to, when i asked what dkp was, and if they were off then thats there problem, not mine. And i can assure everyone who replied to my APP i am not carried, just because i slack when i type doesnt mean i slack when i play and tbh thats what matters in the long wrong, but if you judge me on my grammar skills and not my Skill in the game, i hope we are all talking about then... okay...

No one really cares about random misspelling or slightly incorrect grammar. The issue arises when someone drops off an application that looks completely half-assed. It is a direct sign that you do not take the guild seriously enough to spend an extra 5 minutes proofreading - or to actually use the shift key when appropriate. You randomly capitalize some words in the middle of sentences but neglect to capitalize the first words of each sentence or I. To be honest, a 9 year old using Microsoft word could have presented a better looking application. Typically the kind of person who types as you do is someone who is either extremely uneducated or someone who doesn't care about anything.

Quite frankly, if you don't care about your application enough to make it look decent to join the guild - it is a direct indication of how seriously you will take raiding. You may be the best wow player in the world, but it really says something when you are not willing to put the time in for a completely basic and what should be an insanely easy task. It really comes down to a question of maturity and how important the guild or raiding is to you. Your application makes it look like you don't care at all - this may not be true but this is how you presented yourself. After all we are on the Internet, all we know about you is how you fill out your application. The officers (us) just see an application that looks like it was tossed together in a few minutes without any care. Why would we ever want to take a player that isn't even putting forth minimal effort in the application process? Do you think that is a good sign they would be a great raider? Guilds have an application process for a reason - it is to see who is not only decent but who also takes the guild/raiding seriously AND it is a decent measure of maturity which is also important in a raid setting.

Furthermore you also neglected to leave the Age question on the application - which (coupled with your app and responses) I am going to assume you just happen to be a younger player. And we don't really see anything wrong with that, as long as you are mature and take the game and the guild seriously. Your application and your responses do not show this at all.

We are not looking for amazing pieces of literary work in the application process. We are just looking for decent coherent applications. Something that shows a level of caring and maturity in the applicant - being geared is only a piece of what we look at. Gear and achievements may be all you need for pugs but that is not the way most raiding guilds work.
